Need help with homemade gas rc plans!!!!!!!!!!!? - make homemade rc boat

I am a gas engine with a 49cc RC weedwacker. I have a plan, but I was wondering if anyone had an idea to do with him. I have a house, do not buy it. I will use a metal cable to the top because they do not afford, nor radio controls. But here is what I do.
