Moving to a new city every year.Please suggest about Luggage and furniture.? - heart luggage

Hello everyone,
I am an IT consultant and my current situation allows me only on a draft term of 6 months to 18 months to work.
I have a lease for one year (12 months).
But I'm more about the furniture and cooking utensils / spices food affected / we have to move.
Where's my next project is not certain, but the first two weeks will be spent in a motel and when they find a place to buy new furniture and furnishings of the kitchen can be a pain in the neck. I can not do everything with me, because I ride a limousine to.
The new feature of this process makes me sweat and my heart beat ..... Ideas? An easy way to do this? I need lots free of charge to all friends out there please help!
